After making your deposit we will schedule your animal to be weighed and full price is due at pickup or prior to delivery.
Generally our Berkshire Cross Butcher Pigs come in at around 140-160lbs hanging weight, so at $3/lb plus cutting, wrapping, and harvest fee you’ll wind up with 150lbs of pork in all cuts for right around $500, which comes out to $3.33/lb
