How the Deposit Works

  1. Your pig will be scheduled for harvest.

  2. The animal will be weighed at the processor (hanging weight).

  3. We will work with you on any custom cuts if you want to let the butcher knows exactly how you want your pork prepared.


Final Payment

The remaining balance (based on final hanging weight) is due prior to pickup or delivery.

Processing is usually completed within about 2 weeks after harvest.

Processing fees for cutting, wrapping, and harvest are paid directly to the butcher at pickup.
